   I work as a physician at the south seminole hospital..I have been looking for a condo at the seminole area for sometime . I was referred to your site by a friend of mine who has a great opinion for your service, so i would like you to handle it for me. I understand that the current mortgage rates have fallen considerably. With the approaching economic slowdown i’m anticipating a further lowering of the mortgage rates. So i wish to know whether this would be an ideal time to buy. I’m staying at an owned apartment at sarasota. I would like to sell the apartment and move into the condo if possible within two months.I would like to know about the current rates and the financial services available. Also I’m flexible about the locations, if better condo’s are available,say at clear water beach.Hoping for a very quick reply with a detailed report.I will be sending you my phone no as well.

   I have heard good things aboout you from my associates, citing specifically about your knowledge and information base in florida. I would like to have you look into my investment portfolio.
   I used to invest heavily in real estate but have not been active for a couple of years. Also I’m less familiar with the area of your expertise. I will be moving to Belleair with my family before christmas as my folks are living there.I intend to buy a house at belleair or a nearby place and have seen on your site that you provide financial services that is to say a loan. What i want to ask is whether your firm will directly finance my purchase or do you mediate from other financial services? In any case what are the current mortgage rates.I believe it has been reduced substantially.I also like to know the current ongoing rates of a 4 bedroom housing, possibly one on the waterfront. i’m open to a condo if its at Belleair Beach.    Hi,
   I’m originally from Largo, now based at Kuwait with the oil business. In the distant future i would like to settle back in Largo.I heard about your expertsie in the field from a dear friend of mine and would like to make use of them. I want to buy properties for myself as well as an exetended investment option. Currently the areas interesting me are clearwater beach ,largo ,seminole ,Belleair Beach and Indian rocks beach.Let me know the investment potentials inthese areas as well in their neighbourhood for condo’s apartment complexes.. Is it the bestt time for me to buy or should i wait for sometime. Also i would like to know the current rates for the specified structures as well as waterfront homes and condos.I have stated my requirments and i hope you’ll look into them and get back to me as soon as possible.looking forward to a great association.
